逍遥枣仁汤联合舍曲林治疗抑郁症患者对照研究

目的：探讨逍遥枣仁汤联合舍曲林治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将72例抑郁症患者随机分为逍遥枣仁汤联合舍曲林组36例和单用舍曲林组36例，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）于治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、8周分别评定疗效和不良反应。结果：从治疗第一周末起各时点，两组HAMD评分及减分率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或 P〈0.01）。逍遥枣仁汤联合舍曲林组的有效率为91.67%，舍曲林组的有效率为80.56%。两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组 TESS 评分及减分率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：逍遥枣仁汤联合舍曲林对抑郁症的疗效优于单用舍曲林组，且起效快，不良反应轻微。

A clinical study on treating depression with Xiaoyao Zaoren decoction plus sertraline

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaoyao Zaoren decoction plus sertraline on treating depression. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups： Xiaoyao Zaoren decoction plus sertraline （n=36） and sertraline solo （n=36）. The hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） were adopted to evaluate the effcacy and adverse reactions at baseline and after 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks treatment. Results： There were significant differences on the scores of HAMD and reducing score rate between two groups （P〈0.05 orP〈0.01）. The efficiency in Xiaoyao Zaoren decoction plus sertraline group was 91.67%, in the sertraline group it was 80.56%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were significant differences on the scoresof TESS and between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xaoyao Zaoren decoction plus sertraline has better effects, quick effective, with fewer adverse events.
