| 摘 要： | 目的：探究中风后疲劳应用自拟玉郎消疲汤治疗的临床疗效。方法：资料随机选自2012年6月-2013年6月在本院诊治的中风后疲劳患者96例，将患者按照随机数字表方法分为两组，每组48例，予以常规的药物治疗作对照组，予以常规基础上进行自拟的玉郎消疲汤进行治疗作研究组，分析两组疲劳程度、生活质量和活动能力情况。结果：治疗后研究组疲劳程度改善、生活质量和活动能力情况，均优于对照组；比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于中风后疲劳予以玉郎消疲汤治疗，成效显著，能明显改善患者疲劳程度并提升生活质量，具有一定临床应用价值。

Clinical observation on treating fatigue following stroke with Yulang Xiaopi decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of Yulang Xiaopi decoction on treating fatigue following stroke. Methods： 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine medicine treatment, another was added Yulang Xiaopi decoction. Results：The improved degree of fatigue, quality of life and activity ability in study group were better than that in the control group;the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Yulang Xiaopi decoction has a good effect, can obviously improve the degree of fatigue and quality of life, is worthy of clinical application. |
