| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨社区高血压的中医护理及健康教育干预效果。方法：对108例高血压患者实施院外中医护理及健康教育干预措施，随访1年，观察血压控制效果。结果：108例患者血压水平均得到有效控制，患者依从性较高。结论：在社区对高血压患者运用中医护理措施及健康教育干预，可有效控制血压水平，提高自我管理能力。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore TCM nursing and health education intervention on the community hypertension. Methods：108 outside patients were cared by TCM nursing and health education intervention measures, observing blood pressure controlling effects. Results： Blood pressure levels in 108 patients were controlled effectively. Patients accepted that easily. Conclusion： TCM nursing and health education intervention for community hypertension patient can effectively control the blood pressure level and improve the ability of self-management. |
