针刺配合中药辨证论治干眼症的临床观察

目的：观察针刺配合中药辨证论治治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法：将78例干眼症患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例。治疗组采用针刺配合中药辨证论治治疗，对照组采用泪然滴眼液治疗。治疗2个疗程20d后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为90.00%，对照组为76.32%，两者比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗后SIT、BUT、FL和干眼中医症状分级与对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05，P〈0.01）。结论：针刺配合中药辨证论治治疗干眼症有确切疗效。

Observation on the efficacy of acupuncture plus TCM medicine differentiation on treating dry eye

Objective： To assess the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus TCM medicine according to syndrome differentiation in treating dry eye. Methods： 78 patients with dry eye were randomly allocated to treatment group of 40 cases and control group of 38 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture plus TCM medicine according to syndrome differentiation and the control group treatment with eyedrops. The subjective symptoms, SIT values, BUT values and FL values were compared between the two groups of patients after 20 days of treatment. Results： The total efficacy rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 76.32% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in SIT grades, BUT grades, FL grades and dry eye symptom grades between the treatment and control groups （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus TCM medicine according to syndrome differentiation is an effective way to treat dry eye.
