尿毒清对血液透析患者促红素抵抗的影响

目的：探讨尿毒清对维持血透患者促红素抵抗的影响。方法：选取出现促红细胞生成素抵抗现象的24例患者，随机分成两组。两组患者均予常规的肾性贫血治疗，但治疗组中12例患者在此基础上加用尿毒清颗粒，疗程3个月。治疗前后观察Hb、Hct、hs-CRP、TNF-α、ERI的变化。结果：治疗组治疗后CRP、TNF-α、ERI较治疗前下降，Hb、Hct明显升高，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中医药尿毒清不但可以改善透析患者的微炎症状态，而且对改善促红素抵抗具有良好的疗效。

Effects of Niaodu Qing on erythropoietin resistance in MHD patients

Objective： To observe effects of Niaodu Qing on erythropoietin resistance in maintenance hemodialysis （MHD） patients. Methods： 24 MHD patients with erythropoietin resistance were divided into two groups randomly. Therapy group was provided Niaodu Qing for 3 months, and the control group did not, all patients were provided routine treatment of renal anemia. Observe the changes in Hb, Hct, hs-CRP, TNF-α, ERI before and after treatment. Results： Therapy group CRP, TNF-α, ERI decreased than before treatment, Hb, Hct increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Niaodu Qing can not only decrease the microinflammatory state of MHD patients, but also well improve erythropoietin resistance.
