以针灸推拿为主的非药物综合方案治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床价值分析

目的：探讨以针灸推拿为主的非药物综合方案治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床价值。方法：将80例神经根型颈椎病患者按照奇偶数字法随机地分为对照组与观察组，每组均为40例。对照组行常规的以物理疗法为主的非药物综合治疗方案，观察组行以针灸推拿为主的非药物综合治疗方案。比较两组临床疗效及颈椎病评分情况。结果：①对照组临床治疗总有效率为70.00%，观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.50%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；②根据颈椎病评分标准，对照组治疗前后颈椎病总得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），观察组治疗前后颈椎病评分差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05），且观察组治疗后颈椎病评分显著高于对照组治疗后颈椎病评分（P〈0.05）。结论：以针灸推拿为主的非药物综合方案治疗神经根型颈椎病，具有较高的临床价值，值得在临床上加以推广及普及。

A clinical analysis of treating nerve root type of cervical spondylosis by acupuncture plus massage

Objective： To investigate clinical value of acupuncture plus massage on nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine physiotherapy, and another was given acupuncture plus massage. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 92.50%, obviously better than 70.00% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the cervical spondylosis score in the control has no significant difference （P〉0.05）, in the observation, the total score has statistically significant difference, and it was higher than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus massage with high clinical value in treating nerve root type of cervical spondylosis, is worthy of clinical promotion.
