中西医结合治疗异位妊娠疗效观察

目的：观察加味宫外孕 Ⅱ号方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法：将100例异位妊娠患者分为研究组及对照组，研究组采用加味宫外孕Ⅱ号方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗，对照组单用甲氨蝶呤治疗，观察两组疗效。结果：在血清β-HCG降至正常及盆腔包块缩小1/3以上所需时间方面，研究组少于对照组（P〈0.05），但二者治愈率无明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论：加味宫外孕Ⅱ号方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠，可缩短β-HCG降至正常及盆腔包块缩小1/3以上所需时间，值得临床推广。

Effective observation on treating ectopic pregnancy in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gongwai Yun Recipe Ⅱ plus methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy. Methods： 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy were divided into study group and the control group, the study group recieved Gongwai Yun Recipe II plus methotrexate, the control received methotrexate alone. Results： The required time at the serum β-HCG to normal and reduced pelvic mass than 1/3, the study group less than the control group （P〈0.05）, but difference of cured rate between the two is not significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Gongwai Yun Recipe II plus methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy can shorten time of the β-HCG to normal and reduced pelvic mass than 1/3 required, was worthy of promotion.
