舒血宁治疗脑梗死临床观察

目的：探讨舒血宁治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法：选取我院收治的88例脑梗死患者，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各44例，给予对照组患者复方丹参治疗，给予观察组患者舒血宁治疗。对两组患者的治疗总有效率及神经功能缺损评分进行对比。结果：治疗前，两组患者神经功能缺损评分比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05），治疗后两组患者的神经功能缺损评分均显著改善，但观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05），观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：给予脑梗死患者舒血宁治疗可有效的提高治疗效果，改善患者的神经功能，临床效果显著，值得推广和应用。

Clinical observation on treating cerebral infarction with Shuxue Ning

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of Shuxue Ning on cerebral infarction. Methods： 88 cases were randomly divided into observation group receiving Shuxue Ning, and control group receiving compound Danshen, 44 cases for each. The total efficacy and neurological function scores were compared. Results： Neurological function scores in two groups before treatment with no obvious difference （P〉0.05）, and were obviously improved after treatment, the observation group was better （P〈0.05）; the total efficacy in observation group was better than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shuxue Ning can effectively improve treatment and neurological function, was good and worthy of promotion and application.
