自拟通乳方联合按需哺乳治疗产后缺乳60例疗效观察

目的：探讨在按需哺乳的基础上自拟通乳方治疗产后乳汁分泌不足的临床疗效。方法：选取我院60例产后乳汁分泌不足的产妇并随机分成两组，两组患者均及时有效地进行按需哺乳，随时哺喂，观察组在此基础上同时服用通乳方。结果：对照组总有效例数（显效＋有效）28例，有效率为93.3%；观察组总有效20例，有效率66.7%，两组疗效比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论：通乳方联合按需哺乳治疗产后乳汁分泌不足疗效确切，安全有效，值得推广和应用。

Clinical observation on treating60 cases of postpartum inadequate milk with Tongru therapy

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tongru therapy for inadequate postpartum breast milk secretion. Methods： 60 cases of postpartum hospital insufficient maternal milk secretion were randomly divided into two groups, all patients were timely breastfeeding on demand and at any time feeding, Tongru recipe was applied for comparison. Results： The total effective number of patients in the control group （markedly effective ＋ effective） was 28, the efficiency was 93.3%; in the observation group, the total effective of 20 cases was 66.7%; the difference between two groups was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Tongru therapy plus reasonable breastfeeding arrangment is effective, safe, and worthy of promotion and application.
