| 摘 要： | 目的：通过临床观察，对中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化顽固性腹水的效果进行探讨。方法：选择2011年3月-2012年6月在我科治疗的乙肝肝硬化顽固性腹水患者18例，依照就诊顺序不同，将其分为试验组（偶数组）、对照组（奇数组），分别使用中西医结合治疗方法和西医治疗方法，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：试验组患者的总有效率要明显高于对照组，两组相比，差异明显（P〈0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：使用中西医结合的方法治疗乙肝肝硬化顽固性腹水有着明显的治疗效果，值得临床大力推广应用。

Clinical experience for treating liver cirrhosis with refractory ascites in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate clinical effects of integrative medicine on treating liver cirrhosis with refractory ascites. Methods： 18 patients were divided into two groups, the treatment was given integrative medicine, another was given western medicine. Results：The effects of integrative medicine was obviously better, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine has good effects, it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
