大鼠脊髓占位损伤后细胞凋亡在不同脊髓平面、不同时间的变化及其意义

摘    要:目的 探讨脊髓占位损伤后不同观察时间、损伤中心两端不同平面神经细胞凋亡的变化。方法 采用脊髓占位损伤模型,在伤后6,24,48,72h、5,7d6个时相点观察损伤中心两侧1.5,3.5,5.5,7.5mm脊髓平面的细胞凋亡情况。结果 脊髓损伤后继发性改变可影响到损伤中心头侧7.5mm、尾侧7.5mm区域,变化开始时间分别在伤后48h和72h;另外在损伤中心,灰质区细胞凋亡高峰晚于白质区出现,灰质区凋亡细胞指数在不同时间变化较大。结论 脊髓占位损伤后神经细胞凋亡在不同平面、不同时间存在明显差异。继发性损伤与神经系统固有的传导通路有关,也与损伤信号中介因素有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the neuronal cell apoptotic changes in different time and on different level after occupying spinal cord injury. Methods The occupying spinal cord injury model was made to observe the neuronal apoptosis on 1.5,3.5,5.5 and 7.5 mm from the compression site at the 6th,24th,48th and 72nd hours as well as at days 5 and 7 respectively. Results Secondary changes after occupying spinal cord injury could be detected 7.5 mm proximally and 7.5 mm distally from the injury center,where the changes revealed at the 48th and 72nd hours respectively. Moreover,at the injury center,the top of apoptosis in white matter emerged earlier than that in grey matter,where apoptotic cells fluctuated more in different time. Conclusions There is significant difference in apoptosis of neural cells in different time and on different level after rat occupying spinal cord injury. The secondary injury is correlated with nervous conduction tracts and with intermediate factors of the damaged signal.
