| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外周血干细胞移植(PBSCT)后出血性膀胱炎(HC)的防治策略。方法对22例PB-SCT患者采用充分水化、碱化,加强利尿,应用美司钠及抗病毒药,对其疗效进行分析。结果3例出现迟发性HC,经水化、碱化、利尿及抗病毒联合治疗后痊愈。结论充分水化、碱化,加强利尿,使用美司钠及抗病毒药预防及治疗HC具有明显的疗效。
