摘    要:目的 :调查学生的不明病症的病因。方法 :采用微波消解法处理样品 ,运用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP- AES)和质谱法 (ICP- MS)测定了学生血中微量元素。结果 :与正常学生相比 ,患病学生血中重金属含量差异无显著性 ,而血中钙、铁、钾、镁含量偏低差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :学生的不明病因与营养不良有很大的关系

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the undefined disease of the student.Methods:Trace elements in blood digested by microwave were detected by inductive coupled plasma atom emission spectrometry and mass spectrometry.Results:The heavy metal elements contents in blood of the suffering from students were not significantly different from that of in the normal students. The results also showed that the Ca,Fe,K and Mg content in blood of the suffering from students be significantly different compare to that of in the normal student.Conclusion:The results suggested that the undefined disease has direct relationship with the undernourishment.
