小肠肿瘤的超长型电子小肠镜诊断

小肠肿瘤为消化病临床诊断中的一大难题，作者应用我国引进的ＰｅｎｔａｘＶＳＢ—２９００型超长型推进式电子小肠镜筛选小肠肿瘤。４８例不明原因消化道出血、呕吐和腹痛者经小肠镜检查发现小肠肿瘤５例，经外科手术证实十二指肠平滑肌瘤２例，胰腺癌十二指肠转移１例，壶腹部癌１例，空肠腺癌１例，这些患者经胃镜、结肠镜甚至小肠钡餐造影检查均阴性。小肠镜空肠插入率为７９．１％。作者认为ＰｅｎｔａｘＶＳＢ—２９００型超长型电子小肠镜能检查自食管至空肠各类病变，诊断正确性优于Ｘ线造影，是小肠肿瘤临床诊断中的首选检查方法。

ENTEROSCOPIC DIAGNOSIS OF THE SMALL INTESTINAL TUMORS

The authors used Pentax VSB 2900 video enteroscope for screening small intestinal tumors. 48 cases with unknown causes of gastrointestinal tract haemorrhage,vomiting and abdominal pain were performed with enteroscopy. Acrossing Treitz ligament rate was 79.1%. Two cases with duodenal leiomyoma,two cases with duodenal adenocarcinoma and one case with jejunal adenocarcinoma were found under enteroscopy.Pentax VSB 2900 video enteroscope can inspect kinds of disease from esophagus to upper part of jejunum,it's diagnostic accuracy was superior to X-ray series. The authors consider that the enteroscopy is the first choice for screening small intestinal tumors.
