吸烟与油毡生产工人肺癌死亡关系的研究

对4320名油毡生产工人和4101名对照组工人进行了吸烟与肺癌死亡关系的回顾前瞻性流行病学调查研究．结果表明，油毡生产男工吸烟组肺癌标化死亡率为40．86／10万，不吸烟组为24．73／10万，均显著高于对照组男工的肺癌死亡率．吸烟的油毡工肺癌的SMR有随着latency增长而超出量增大的趋势．吸烟与油毡生产男工接触沥青烟有相加作用．

STUDY ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SMOKING AND LUNG CANCER OF ASPHALT FELT-MAKING WORKERS

Retrospective and prospective epidemiological investigations on relationship between smoking and lung cancer in 4320 workers of asphalt felt-making production and 4101 control workers were carried out.The results indicated that the standardized death rates of lung can-cer in the male smoking and nonsmoking workers of asphalt felt-making were 40.86/100000 and 24.73/100 000 respectively.They were significantly higher than that of the control workers.The SMR of cancer of the lung among smoking asphalt felt workers increased with latency.It showed that smoking and exposure to asphalt smoke had synergetic effect on the morbidity of lung cancer among asphalt felt-making workers.In order to prevent, theseworkers from lung cancer,the propaganda of smoking hazards is absolutely necessary.
