胎盘绒毛超氧化物歧化酶与脂质过氧化物含量变化

通过研究正常妊娠及患妊娠高血压综合征时，胎盘绒毛中超氧化物歧化酶与脂质过氧化物含量变化，探讨妊高征发病机理。方法：采用放射免疫法和改良八木国夫法，对１１０例正常孕妇及８例妊高征患者进行胎盘绒毛组织ＳＯＤ－１和ＬＰＯ含量测定。

The relationship between surperoxide dismutase and lipid peroxide in chorionic villi

Objective:To study the relationship between the levels of surperoxide dismutase(SOD) and lipid peroxide(LPO) in chorionic villi in cases of pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods:We have measured the level of SOD and LPO in chorionic villi of 8 cases with PIH and 110 cases of normal pregnancy using radioimmunoassay and improved Hachikokufu methods,linear correlation and regression analysis and t tests were calculated for comparison.Results:The LPO level in chorionic villi in group PIH was singnificantly higher than those of normal pregnancy group( P <0.005).There was littlle difference in SOD contents in chorionic villi between group PIH and group of normal pregnancy.The SOD and LPO contents in chorionic villi increase with the time of pregnancy during normal pregnancy,and the SOD and LPO levels were closely in correlation( P < 0.001 ).Conclusions:The results indicate that the occurrence of PIH was related to the increase of LPO in chorionic villi.
