T2DM伴亚甲减患者糖脂代谢及血尿酸水平分析

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴亚甲减患者的糖脂代谢及血尿酸(UA)水平。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的200例T2DM患者的临床资料,根据是否伴亚甲减进行分组,其中T2DM伴亚甲减的60例患者纳入A组,T2DM未伴亚甲减的140例患者纳入B组。比较两组的脂代谢指标、糖代谢指标以及UA水平。结果 A组的三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)以及葡萄糖耐量餐后2 h血糖(OGTT 2hPG)、 UA水平均显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 T2DM伴亚甲减患者的糖脂代谢指标及血尿酸水平均显著升高。

Analysis of Glucose and Lipid Metabolism and Serum Uric Acid Level in T2DM Patients with Subhypothyroidism

Objective To explore the glucose and lipid metabolism and serum uric acid(UA)level in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with subhypothyroidism.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and were grouped according to the presence or absence of subhypothyroidism.Among them,60 T2DM patients with subhypothyroidism were selected as group A,and 140 T2DM patients without subhypothyroidism were selected as group B.The levels of lipid metabolism indicators,glucose metabolism indicators and UA were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and glucose tolerance 2 h postprandial blood glucose(OGTT 2hPG)and UA in group A were significantly higher than those in group B,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions T2DM patients with subhypothyroidism have significantly increased levels of glucose and lipid metabolism indicators and serum uric acid.
