六味地黄汤联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗气阴两虚证糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的观察六味地黄汤联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗气阴两虚证糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法 80例气阴两虚证糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组各40例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组采用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,观察组采用六味地黄汤联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分及不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05)。治疗2个月后,两组的神疲乏力、尿浊、心悸、尿频尿多积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论六味地黄汤联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗气阴两虚证糖尿病肾病的疗效显著,安全性高。

Observation on the Efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction Combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the Treatment of DiabeticNephropathy of Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Objective To observe the efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with calcium dobesilate capsule,and the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with calcium dobesilate capsule.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the scores of fatigue,urine turbidity,palpitation and frequent micturition in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusions Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome has significant efficacy and high safety.
