曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的探讨曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心力衰竭的疗效。方法 68例老年冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为两组各34例,对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察组给予曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率、 LVEF水平均高于对照组,LVESD、 LVEDD、 NT-proBNP、 IL-6、 TNF-α、 hs-CRP水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心力衰竭能够显著改善患者的心功能,降低炎性因子与NT-proBNP水平。

Observation on the Efficacy of Trimetazidine Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Elderly Heart Failure of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly heart failure of coronary heart disease.Methods 68 elderly patients with heart failure of coronary heart disease were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine combined with metoprolol.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and LVEF level of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the levels of LVESD,LVEDD,NT-proBNP,IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly heart failure of coronary heart disease can significantly improve cardiac function and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and NT-proBNP of patients.
