| 摘 要： | 目的:以宫腔镜操作为例探讨HYSTT系统在妇产科住院医师技能培训中的应用。方法:对2018年8月至2020年7月在浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院接受妇产科住院医生规范化培训的67名学生在传统宫腔镜技能培训的基础上增加HYSTT系统宫腔镜模拟训练,与2014年8月至2018年7月单纯接受传统培训的52名学生比较宫腔镜基本技能熟练程度。结果:与传统培训方法相比,经过HYSTT系统培训的受训者宫腔镜操作熟练程度显著提高,且受训者正面评价该系统。结论:在住院医师规范化培训中应用HYSTT系统进行宫腔镜操作训练值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the role of HYSTT system in improving hysteroscopy skills of gynecological residents. Methods: from August 2018 to July 2020, 67 students who received standardized training of Obstetrics and gynecology residents in Sir Run Run Shaw hospital affiliated to Medical College of Zhejiang University received hysteroscopic simulation training with HYSTT system. Results: after the HYSTT system training, 100% of the trainees’ hysteroscopic operation skills were improved, and the trainees positively evaluated the system. Conclusion: the application of HYSTT system in hysteroscopy operation training is worthy of promotion. |
