Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of citicoline sodium combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 39 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase,and the observation group was treated with citicoline sodium combined with urinary kallidinogenase.The inflammatory factors and neurological function before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and the NIHSS score in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and all indicators of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Citicoline sodium combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of ACI can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and promote the recovery of neurological function of patients.
