| Abstract: | Objective To explore the impact of entecavir combined with silybinin on liver function and hepatic fibrosis of patients with chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods 200 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with entecavir combined with silybinin,and the control group was treated with entecavir.The liver function and liver fibrosis indicators were compared between two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the levels of ALT,TBil,AST,HA,IVC and LN in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Entecavir combined with silybinin in the treatment of patients with chronic viral hepatitis B can effectively alleviate liver fibrosis injury and improve liver function. |
