Comparative Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Tube Negative Pressure Drainage with Mammotome Minimally Invasive Incisionand Traditional Open Surgery in the Treatment of Breast Abscess

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tube negative pressure drainage with Mammotome minimally invasive incision and traditional open surgery in the treatment of breast abscess.Methods 40 patients with breast abscess admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the experimental group was treated with tube negative pressure drainage with Mammotome minimally invasive incision.The operative indicators,efficacy,recurrence rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss amount,length of hospital stay,postoperative pain score and scar length in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tube negative pressure drainage with Mammotome minimally invasive incision has better clinical effect than traditional open surgery in the treatment of breast abscess.
