不同类型心电图在隐匿性冠心病诊断中的应用对比

目的探讨不同类型心电图诊断隐匿性冠心病(LCHD)的价值。方法选取103例疑似LCHD患者作为研究对象,均行动态心电图和运动负荷心电图检查,以冠脉造影诊断结果作为金标准,分析不同检查方式的诊断效能。结果三种诊断方案的特异度无显著差异(P>0.05);联合诊断的敏感度及准确度最高,运动负荷心电图次之,动态心电图最低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论动态心电图、运动负荷心电图在LCHD的诊断中均具有一定的价值,二者联合诊断的敏感度及准确度最高。

Comparison on the Application of Different Types of Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Latent Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the value of different types of electrocardiogram(ECG)in the diagnosis of latent coronary heart disease(LCHD).Methods 103 patients with suspected LCHD were selected as the study objects,and all cases underwent dynamic ECG and exercise load ECG examinations.With the diagnostic results of coronary angiography as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of different examination methods were analyzed.Results No significant difference was found in the specificity among the three diagnostic schemes(P>0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of combined diagnosis were the highest,sequentially followed by exercise load ECG and dynamic ECG,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Both dynamic ECG and exercise load ECG have certain value in the diagnosis of LCHD,and combined diagnosis has the highest sensitivity and accuracy.
