Abstract:Objective:Under the background of new medical sciences,train medical laboratory technicians who adapt to the rapid development of medical laboratory technology.Methods:Update education and teaching concepts,reform talent training models,deepen the integration of production and education,reconstruct the professional curriculum system of medical laboratory technology,create an information-based practice teaching platform,increase the ratio of double teachers,and highlight the characteristics of the school.Results:Through the reforms in the above aspects,the professional education reform has achieved obvious results,the quality of the trained professionals has been significantly improved,and the ability to serve the local health industry has been significantly enhanced.The professional characteristics are further demonstrated,playing a demonstrative and leading role in similar private colleges in the province and even the country.Conclusion:The development of informatization and standardization of medical laboratory technology must change the traditional teaching mode to adapt to the development of the industry and the needs of society.
