尿微量白蛋白、hs-CRP水平联合检测对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断分析

目的分析尿微量白蛋白(U-mAlb)、 hs-CRP水平联合检测对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断价值。方法纳入43例单纯糖尿病患者为糖尿病组,43例糖尿病合并早期肾损伤患者为肾损伤组,健康体检者30例为对照组。比较三组的U-mAlb、 hsCRP水平,分析U-mAlb、 hs-CRP单独及联合检测对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断价值。结果肾损伤组的U-mAlb、 hs-CRP水平均显著高于糖尿病组、对照组(P <0.05)。U-mAlb、 hs-CRP联合检测诊断糖尿病早期肾损伤的敏感度高于单独检测(P <0.05)。结论糖尿病早期肾损伤可导致U-mAlb、 hs-CRP水平异常升高,联合检测对糖尿病早期肾损伤有较高的诊断价值。

Analysis of Combined Detection of Urinary Microalbumin and hs-CRP Levels in Diagnosis of Early Diabetic Renal Injury

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of combined detection of urinary microalbumin(U-mAlb)and hs-CRP levels in early diabetic renal injury.Methods 43 patients with simple diabetes were selected as the diabetic group,43 patients with diabetes complicated with early renal injury were selected as the renal injury group,and 30 healthy physical examination objects were selected as the control group.The levels of U-mAlb and hs-CRP of three groups were compared,and the diagnostic value of single and combined detection of U-mAlb and hs-CRP in early diabetic renal injury were analyzed.Results The levels of U-mAlb and hs-CRP in renal injury group were significantly higher than those in the diabetic group and control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection ofU-mAlb and hs-CRP in the diagnosis of early diabetic renal injury was higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of U-mAlb and hs-CRP in early diabetic renal injury increase abnormally,and the combined detection is of high diagnostic value for early diabetic renal injury.
