中药熏洗联合针刺辅助治疗小儿脑瘫肝肾亏虚、气血不足证41例临床观察

目的观察中药熏洗联合针刺辅助治疗小儿脑瘫肝肾亏虚、气血不足证的临床疗效。方法选取郑州大学附属儿童医院康复科2017年6月至2018年6月收治的小儿脑瘫肝肾亏虚、气血不足证82例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各41例。对照组实施常规综合康复疗法治疗,包括运动疗法、高压氧疗法、药物疗法;治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上予中药熏洗联合针刺治疗。2组均治疗6个月后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.12%(39/41),对照组为78.05%(32/41),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组精细运动能力(FMFM)量表评分和粗大运动功能测试(GMFM)量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后2组上述指标均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组升高更显著(P<0.05)。治疗组总满意度为95.12%(39/41),显著高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规综合康复训练的基础上,采用中药熏洗联合针刺辅助治疗小儿脑瘫肝肾亏虚、气血不足证,能明显改善患儿的FMFM和GMFM量表评分,临床疗效显著,且家长的满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on 41 cases of cerebral palsy in children with consumption and deficiency of liver and kidney as well as insufficiency of qi and blood syndrome treated by Chinese materia medica fumigation and washing combined with acupuncture as adjun

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese materia medica(CMM)fumigation and washing combined with acupuncture in adjunctive treatment of cerebral palsy in children with consumption and deficiency of liver and kidney as well as insufficiency of qi and blood syndrome.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,82 cases of cerebral palsy in children with consumption and deficiency of liver and kidney as well as insufficiency of qi and blood syndrome admitted into rehabilitation department in Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each.The control group was implemented with routine comprehensive rehabilitation therapy treatment,including kinesitherapy,hyperbaric oxygenation and pharmacotherapy,on this basis,the treatment group was given CMM fumigation and washing combined with acupuncture treatment.We kept statistics about the efficacy after the 2 groups were both treated for 6 months.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.12%(39/41),that of the control group was 78.05%(32/41),and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of fine motor function measure(FMFM)scale and gross motor function measure(GMFM)between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the above indexes in the 2 groups significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the treatment group was 95.12%(39/41),which was significantly higher than 80.49%(33/41)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine comprehensive rehabilitation training,it can markedly improve FMFM and GMFM scale scores of children patients to use CMM fumigation and washing combined with acupuncture in adjunctive treatment of cerebral palsy in children with consumption and deficiency of liver and kidney as well as insufficiency of qi and blood syndrome,with significant clinical efficacy and high satisfaction of the parents,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
