神经介入联合rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨神经介入联合rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法 306例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为两组各153例,对照组采用rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,实验组采用神经介入联合rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,实验组的hs-CRP、 S100β、 NSE及Fg水平均低于对照组,PT、 TT水平均高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神经介入联合rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效优于单纯rt-PA静脉溶栓,且安全性高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nerve intervention combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods 306 cases of patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups,with 153 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis,and the experimental group was treated with nerve intervention combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,S100β,NSE and Fg in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of PT and TT were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Nerve intervention combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis has better clinical efficacy than single rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of ischemic stroke,and has high safety.
