Analysis on the Efficacy of Clopidogrel and Ticagrelor in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To analyze the efficacy of clopidogrel and ticagrelor in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The clinical data of 84 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel and the study group was treated with ticagrelor.The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no significant difference was found in the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the hypersensitive C-reactive protein levels in both groups decreased,and the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 100.00%,significantly higher than 90.48%of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ticagrelor has better efficacy than clopidogrel in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.It can rapidly improve the inflammatory factors and clinical symptoms of patients,with a slight increase in mild bleeding events but no serious bleeding event.
