胸腹腔镜食管切除术治疗食管癌的临床效果探讨

目的探讨胸腹腔镜食管切除术治疗食管癌的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2020年1月我院收治的100例食管癌患者,随机分为两组各50例。对照组应用传统开胸三切口根治术治疗,研究组应用胸腹腔镜食管切除术治疗。比较两组的手术指标、炎性因子水平及术后并发症。结果两组的淋巴结清扫数量无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组的手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量、 VAS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。术后,研究组的IL-1β、 IL-6、 IL-8水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论胸腹腔镜食管切除术治疗食管癌可取得满意的效果。

Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Laparothoracoscopy Esophagectomy in the Treatment of Esophagus Cancer

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparothoracoscopy esophagectomy in the treatment of esophagus cancer.Methods 100 patients with esophagus cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional three-incision radical thoracotomy,and the study group was treated with laparothoracoscopy esophagectomy.The operation indicators,levels of inflammatory factors and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference was found in the number of dissected lymph nodes between the two groups(P>0.05);The operation time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss amount and VAS score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparothoracoscopy esophagectomy can achieve satisfactory effect in the treatment of esophagus cancer.
