小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童功能性便秘75例临床观察

目的观察小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月至2019年11月余姚市中医医院儿科门诊治疗的FC患儿150例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各75例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗,统计2组连续治疗4周及停药8周后的临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,治疗组近期临床总有效率为93.33%(70/75),对照组为72.00%(56/75),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);停药8周后,治疗组远期临床总有效率为82.67%(62/75),对照组为57.33%(43/75),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组便秘症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组便秘症状积分均较同组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05)。2组患儿治疗期间经血常规、肝功能、肾功能检查,均未出现异常情况。结论小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童FC的近期、远期临床疗效显著,能明显改善患儿临床症状,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on 75 cases of children with functional constipation treated by pediatric tuina combined with acupoint application

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pediatric tuina combined with acupoint application in the treatment of children with functional constipation(FC).Methods From December 2018 to November 2019,150 cases of children with FC admitted into outpatient service of pediatric department in Yuyao Municipal Hospital of TCM were chosen and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each.The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given pediatric tuina combined with acupoint application.We kept statistics about the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups after 4 weeks of continuous treatment and 8 weeks of drug withdrawal.Results After treatment for 4 weeks,the short-term clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(70/75)and that of the control group was 72.00%(56/75),and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05);After 8 weeks of drug withdrawal,the long-term clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.67%(62/75)and that of the control group was 57.33%(43/75),and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in constipation symptoms score between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,constipation symptoms score of the 2 groups significantly decreasedcompared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).During the treatment,the blood routine examination,liver function and kidney function examination showed that no abnormalities occurred in the 2 groups.During the treatment,the blood routine examination,liver function and kidney function examination showed that no abnormalities occurred in the 2 groups.Conclusion It has marked short-term and long-term clinical efficacy to use pediatric tuina combined with acupoint application in the treatment of children with FC,whose clinical symptoms have markedly improved with high safety,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
