Clinical Efficacy of Danshen Injection Combined with Urinary Kallidinogenase in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarctionand Its Impact on Patients' Hemorheology

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Danshen injection combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its impact on patients'hemorheology.Methods 58 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase,and the experimental group was treated with Danshen injection combined with urinary kallidinogenase.The clinical efficacy and hemorheology were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatemnt of experimental group was 96.55%,significantly higher than 75.86%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HCT,PADT,PV,LBV and HBV in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of HCT,PADT,PV,LBV and HBV of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Danshen injection combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has significant efficacy,and can obviously improve patients'neurological function and hemorheological status.
