| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血必净联合CRRT对脓毒症合并急性肾损伤(AKI)患者凝血及肾功能的影响。方法 100例脓毒症合并AKI患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组采用血必净注射液治疗,观察组采用血必净联合CRRT治疗,比较两组的凝血功能和肾功能指标。结果治疗7 d后,观察组的PT、 APTT、 BUN和Scr均低于对照组,FIB高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论血必净联合CRRT治疗脓毒症合并急性肾损伤可提升患者的凝血功能,改善肾功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the impact of Xuebijing combined with CRRT on blood coagulation and kidney function of patients with sepsis complicated with acute kidney injury(AKI).Methods 100 patients with sepsis complicated with AKI were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xuebijing injection,while the observation group was treated with Xuebijing combined with CRRT.The indicators of blood coagulation function and kidney function were compared between two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,PT,APTT,BUN and Scr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and FIB was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xuebijing combined with CRRT in the treatment of sepsis complicated with acute kidney injury can enhance the coagulation function and improve kidney function of patients. |
