Impact of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids on the Inflammatory Responseand Defecation Ability of Patients with Rectal Prolapse

Objective To explore the impact of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids on the inflammatory response and defecation ability of patients with rectal prolapse.Methods 80 patients with rectal prolapse were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids.The inflammatory response and defecation ability were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin both groups were higher than those before treatment,but the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of defecation function scale in both groups was lower than those before treatment,and the score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids can effectively improve the defecation ability of patients with rectal prolapse,relieve inflammatory response,and is beneficial to patients'prognosis.
