检测血浆D-二聚体对肾病综合征及肾功能衰竭的临床意义

目的探讨血浆D-二聚体(D-D)水平与肾病综合征(NS)及肾功能衰竭(RF)高凝及纤溶活性变化之间的关系。方法用德国BE全自动血凝仪测定78例NS组和76例RF组患者及80例健康人对照组血浆D-二聚体的水平。结果NS组和RF组血浆D-二聚体水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论D-D的检测对NS和RF的高凝状态和纤溶系统变化的观察有意义。

The Clinical Significance of the Serum level of D - Dimer in of patients with Nephritic Syndrome and Renal Failure

Objective To investigate the relationship between the D-Dimer in patients with nephritic syndrome(NS) and renal failure(RF).hypercoagulation and fibrinolysis activity in them.Methods Thrombolyzer Compact X was used to detect the D-Dimer of 78 patients with NS,76 patients with RF and 80 health volunteers in the control group measured by Immuno Turbidimetric Assay and then we campared the results.Results The D-Dimer level in patients with NS and RF were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dectection of the D-Dimer is benefit for the diagnosis of the per-thormbotic state in NS and RF.
