老年肺部感染的特殊性及抗生素联合热毒宁的治疗观察

目的：总结老年肺部感染的一些临床特点，观察热毒宁联合抗生素治疗老年肺部感染的疗效。方法回顾分析70例肺部感染的老年患者发病的临床资料及特点，并观察热毒宁联合抗生素的疗效。结果老年肺部感染的临床表现部分不典型、病情相对较重，易出现合并症，联合热毒宁治疗可以提高疗效并缩短住院时间。结论热毒宁联合抗生素治疗老年肺部感染疗效确切，无明显不良反应。

Particularity of pulmonary infection of old chinese patients and therapeutic effect of Reduning combined with antibiotics

Objectives Summarize the clinical characteristics of pulmonary infection of old Chinese patients, and evaluate the therapeutic effect of antibiotics combined with Reduning in the treatment of pulmonary infection of old patients. Methods Clinical data of 70 old Chinese patients with pulmonary infection was retrospectively analyzed. The therapeutic effects of Reduning combined with antibiotics in the treatment of old Chinese patients were also evaluated. Results Clinical manifestation of old patients with pulmonary infection can be atypical. The disease can be relatively more serious and it may also cause complications. Reduning can improve the therapeutic effect of antibiotics in the treatment of pulmonary infection and shorten the length of hospital stay. Conclusions Reduning combined with antibiotics is definitely effective for the treatment of pulmonary infection of old patients with no obvious adverse effects.
