| 摘 要： | 目的观察回生口服液对老年肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的影响.方法将62例老年肿瘤患者,分为两组:观察组(常规化疗加回生口服液)30例,对照组(常规化疗)32例.观察组依据原发肿瘤的常规化疗2周期,自化疗开始予回生口服液10 mL tid持续8周,对照组依据原发肿瘤常规化疗2周期.结果治疗后观察组较对照组细胞免疫功能明显改善,两组相比有显著差异(P＜0.05),化疗前后粒细胞减少治疗组发生率为21.7%(13/60),对照组发生率为40.6%(26/64),两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论回生口服液能改善老年肿瘤患者机体的细胞免疫活性,减轻化疗的血液毒性,对老年肿瘤患者的辅助治疗有益处.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of the Hui-sheng oral liquid for the cellular immunity function on aged cancer patients. Methods: Sixty-two aged cancer patients were enrolled in this study. They were divided into test group (30 cases) and control group(32 cases) .The test group received chemotherapy combing Hui-sheng oral liquid and the control group received the chemotherapy alone. Result: The cellular immunity function was improved and the hematologi-cal toxicity of chemotherapy was reduced in test group( P < 0.05), there being a statistically significant difference. Conclusion:The Hui-sheng oral liquid could lower the influence on cellular immunity function and toxic reaction of chemotherapy. It is beneficial for aged cancer patients. |
