| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗气血亏虚型不安腿综合征的临床疗效。方法将70例中医辨证为气血亏虚型的不安腿综合征患者随机分为治疗组（38例）和对照组（32例），两组均采用美多巴片治疗，治疗组同时服用归脾汤加味方；两组均两周为1个疗程，治疗两个疗程后观察近期疗效，随访6个月观察远期疗效。结果治疗组和对照组近期总有效率分别为84．2％、84．3％，远期总有效率分别为75．6％、45．1％；组间比较，近期疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），远期疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论中西医结合治疗气血亏虚型不安腿综合征远期疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine in treating restless legs syndrome(RLS) of qi-blood deficiency.Methods Seventy subjects were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group in which 38 cases were treated with "Guipi Decoction" and Benserazide,and control group in which 32 cases were given Benserazide.The near-term effect was observed after two months,and the long-term effect was observed in six-month surveys.Results The near-term effective rate was 84.... |
