| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究乙型肝炎疫苗接种后小学生中抗 HBs的水平。方法 :对城区 7所小学利用整群随机抽样方法进行乙肝疫苗免疫效果的检测。结果 :接种乙肝疫苗 7年的抗 - HBs阳性率达 6 5 .98% ,12年达 38.31%。其免疫保护率为 73.0 0 %。各年级间免疫率差异有非常显著性 ,并且抗体水平随着年龄 (时间 )的增加而慢慢消失 ,乙肝疫苗注射后使儿童 HBs Ag感染率由 7.4 %下降到 2 .0 %。结论 :为提高乙肝疫苗的免疫效果 ,必须 7岁时开始乙肝疫苗加强接种

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of immunoreaction of hepatitis B vaccine on pupils.Methods:A randomized sampling survey was carried out.A total number of 2770 pupils were selected in the city.Results:The effect of the hepatitis B vaccination was satisfactory,the rate of protection was 73.0%.There was a significant difference among the rate of immune of every grade.The carrier rate of HBsAg decreased from 7.4% to 2.0% in children who were vaccinated.Postitive rates of anti-HBs were 65.98?ter 7 years and postitive rates of anti-HBs were 38.31% after 12 years.Conclusion:It suggests that hepatitis B vaccination was one of the ways that can prevent in fection of HBsAg.It is necessary to provide hepatitis B vaccines to children when they are 7 years old. |
