交流理论指导下的人际关系对慢性精神分裂症康复作用分析

目的：分析交流理论指导下的人际关系改善对慢性精神分裂症康复的指导作用。方法：将100例慢性精神分裂症随机分为实验组、对照组。实验组每日与病人保持3小时以上接触，谈话内容主要询问病人的日常生活情况、思维过程、情感体验等，按马斯洛需要层次论逐步满足病人的可行性要求。对照组以常规方法与病人交谈。以行为观察量表(BOS)与精神病人护理观察量表(NORS)为操作性量表。结果：实验组以融洽的医患关系可增进医患交流，提高和巩固疗效。结论：交流理论指导下的人际关系改善可促进病人克服和矫正住院综合征，促进精神功能康复，有望增加慢性精神分裂症病人的社会回归。
