| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨红、白细胞免疫功能及白细胞介素－４（ｉｎｔｅｒｌｅｕｋｉｎ－４，ＩＬ－４）和干扰素γ（ｉｎｔｅｒｆｅｒｏｎ－γ，ＩＦＮ－γ）在变应性鼻炎发病中所起的作用。方法 采用红细胞、淋巴细胞免疫吸附法和ＢＡＥＬＩＳＡ法对外周血单核细胞分泌的ＩＬ－４和ＩＦＮ－γ进行了测定。结果 ４３例常年性变应性鼻炎患者的红细胞、淋巴细胞免疫功能和ＩＦＮ－γ水平均低于健康对照组（分别为Ｐ〈０．０５和Ｐ〈０．０１），而ＩＬ－４的表达高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）；结论 提示红细胞、淋巴细胞免疫功能、ＩＬ－４和ＩＦＮ－γ的异常在变应性鼻炎的发生发展起重要作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the immune function of erythrocyte (RBC) and leucocyte (WBC), and variety of the interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) among patients with allergic rhinitis. METHODS: IL-4 and IFN-gamma secreted by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were measured and compared with immune adhesive and BA-ELISA method. RESULTS: Results showed the RBC and WBC immune adhesive function and IFN-gamma were significantly decreased than of the control, and IL-4 activity were significantly higher than the controls (P < 0.01) in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that RBC and WBC the immune function and IL-4 and IFN-gamma may play an important role in allergic rhinitis. |
