空气中耐药菌株分布情况调查

摘    要:目的调查空气中不同耐药性的耐药菌的分布情况。方法在信阳市4个典型环境中采集空气样品,利用含不同抗生素的平板检测空气中耐药菌的数量,并对结果进行分析。结果空气中耐药菌占总菌数的比例与当地人类活动频度密切相关,人类活动频度高的地方,空气中含耐药菌的比例也较高;大环内酯类抗生素耐药菌比例比其他族类抗生素高,在医院环境中表现出最高的耐药菌比例;青霉素类抗生素在街道环境中耐药菌比例最高;头孢菌素类抗生素的耐药菌在各种环境中均较少;新型抗菌药物比传统药物抗菌效果好。结论人类活动对空气中耐药菌的分布有明显影响,因此有必要每年调查各种抗生素耐药菌比例的变迁趋势,并籍此重新划分三线药物,以控制耐药菌增长。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution of airborne drug-resistance bacteria with various resistance.Methods Air sample were collected in 4 representative sites of Xinyang,quantity of drug-resistance bacteria were detected using plate containing different antibiotic and results were analyzed.Results Proportion of drug-resistance bacteria and total bacterium was closely related with human activity frequency.Proportion of drug-resistance bacteria was increased with frequency of human activity.Proportion of macrolide antibiotic was higher than other antibiotics and demonstrated the highest proportion in hospitals.The proportion of penicillins antibiotics in streets was the highest.The proportion of cephem antibiotics was relativey low.Novel antibacterials was more effective than routine antibacterials.Conclusion Human activity plays an important role in the distribution of drug-resistance bacteria in air.So it is necessary to investigate changing tendency of proportion of every antibiotics and reclassify the three category drugs to control increase of drug-resistance bacteria.
