上海市宝山区社区在校小学生肥胖症干预理论与实践

目的探索小学生肥胖症的有效干预模式,控制日益增多的肥胖症发病率。方法建立有效的工作网络,针对导致肥胖症的发病因素,采取具有个性化干预特征的家庭干预、学校干预、社区干预等多层次、多角度干预措施。结果肥胖学生食欲亢进比例从90.74%下降到77.35%;多吃蔬菜、水果习惯形成比例从38.80%上升到56.60%;每天吃零食比例从59.26%下降到28.30%;每天吃得过饱比例从44.44%下降到10.41%。结论做好小学生肥胖症干预工作,领导重视是前提;科技支持是保证;医务人员扎实工作是关键。

Theory and Practice: Intervention for Obesity of Pupils in Baoshan Community

Objective To explore an effective intervention mode for the obesity of pupils and control the increasing incidence of obesity.Methods An effective work net was set up.In view of the factors resulting in obesity,integrated methods of intervention with individual characteristics are applied.The integrated interventions from different levels and aspects include the interventions from the family,the school,and the community.Results The proportion of those fat pupils with hyper-appetite declined from 90.74% to 77.35%;the proportion of those who develop a habit of eating enough vegetables and fruit rose from 38.80% to 56.60%;the proportion of eating snacks every day declined from 59.26% to 28.30%;meanwhile,the proportion of overeating every day declined from 44.44% to 10.41%.Conclusions During the integrated interventions for obesity of the pupils,the premise is the concern of government;the guarantee is the support of science and technology while the key is the steady work of the medical staff.
