摘    要:通过检索近年来国外文献,以视网膜神经递质方面的改变为重点,就实验性近视眼基础研究方面的进展进行简要论述,为进一步研究近视的发病机制提供一些思路。

Abstract:Occlusion of developing eyes will result in axial myopia during postnatal development, which characterized by elongation of the vitreous chamber. Most recent experimental results concerning the mechanism of myopia are discussed, and special attention is focused on the following substances: dopamine, vasoactive intestinal peptide, enkephalin, atropine, nitric oxide, basic fibroblast grow factor, transforming growth factor beta, In this article, we reviewed and summarized the possible mechanism of the above mentioned substances.
