HPLC法同时测定头皮搽剂中氯霉素和盐酸达克罗宁的含量

目的建立同时测定头皮搽剂中氯霉素和盐酸达克罗宁含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：Diamonsil^TM（钻石）-C18（200mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-水-三乙胺（58：42：0．1）用磷酸调pH至5．07；检测波长：280nm；柱温：30℃。结果氯霉素在2～14μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），盐酸达克罗宁在2～14μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9998）；氯霉素和盐酸达克罗宁的平均回收率分别为103．4％，101．5％。结论本法分离度好，灵敏、快速、简便，可同时测定该头皮搽剂中两组分的含量。

Determination of Two Contents in Scalp Liniments by HPLC

Aim To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and dyclonine cydrochloride in scalp liniments. Methods The contents of chloramphenicol and dyclonine cydrochloride were determined by HPLC. Diamonsil^TM （diamond） -C18 （200mm × 4.6mm,5μm） was used ; the mobile phase was methanol-watertriethylamine （58： 42：0.1 ） ;detectine wavelength was at 280nm, and column temperature was 30℃. Results linear calibration graphs were obtained for chloramphenicol and dyclonine cydrochloride within an concentration ranges of 2 -14μg·mL^-1 （ r =0. 999 9） and 2 - 14μg·mL^-1 （ r=0. 999 8）, respectively. The average recovery was 103.32% and 101.52%, respectively. Conclusion The method is high in resolution, simple, rapid, and precise for simultaneous determination of two contents in scalp liniments.
