瑞替普酶溶栓治疗脑梗死的疗效研究

目的观察瑞替普酶(rPA)对大鼠脑梗死模型的溶栓作用,为临床应用rPA溶栓治疗脑梗死提供实验依据。方法通过大鼠颈内动脉注入自体血栓栓塞大脑中动脉起始部,1.5h后36只大鼠采用rPA溶栓治疗,24h后观察溶栓效果。结果治疗组与对照组相比Longa评分降低(P<0.01),梗死体积减少(P<0.01),细胞形态结构完整。结论rPA早期溶栓治疗大鼠急性脑梗死可显著减小梗死体积、改善神经功能缺失症状、降低死亡率,且应用方便;rPA在临床脑梗死的溶栓应用可能同样有效。

The study of reteplase (rPA) treatment for cerebral infarction

Objective To provide an experimental guideline for the therapy of ischemic stroke with rPA, thrombolytic therapy with reteplase (rPA) was tested in an embolic stroke model. Methods In rats the origination of the middle cerebral artery was embolized through the internal carotid artery with autologous clots. One and a half hours after embolization 36 animals was treated with rPA, the effect was measured after 24 h. Results The comparison of treated animals and control animals showed the Longa score and the infarction volume were reduced in the treated animals, and the cerebral tissue was normal in the treated group. Conclusion Early thrombolytic therapy with rPA reduced infart volume, mortality, and functional deficit was improved after embolic stroke, furthermore it was easier to administer. Reteplase used in clinical acute ischemic stroke could have the same effect.
