高温高湿环境下颅脑火器伤对狗心肌组织的损害作用

摘    要:目的研究高温高湿环境下,颅脑火器伤对犬心肌组织的影响。方法选取杂种狗11只,随机分为高温高湿对照组5只和高温高湿颅脑枪伤组6只,在高温高湿环境下使用手枪弹致颅脑火器伤模型。检测体温、呼吸、心率改变,血液凝血功能和血气分析,伤后心脏组织病理检查。结果伤后心率增快,心肌内出血灶,心肌纤维分离伴纤维间大量红细胞,坏死区心肌细胞存在胞浆红染颗粒;低氧血症、低碳酸血症和凝血因子变化。结论高温高湿环境颅脑火器伤对心肌组织有病理性损害。

Abstract:Objective To study the damage of cardiac muscle in dogs with craniocerebral firearm injury in a hot and humid environment. Mothods 11 cross-bred dogs were divided into two groups which were a craniocerebral firearm injuries group in a hot and humid environment (6 dogs) and a control group in a hot and humid environment (5 dogs). The tympanic membrane temperature, respiratory rate, heart rate, blood gas analysis and blood coagulation parameters were measured. The pathological changes in cardiac muscle were observed after injuries. Results There was an increase in heart rate, hemorrhagic foci in cardiac muscle, separation of myocardial fibers filled with a large amount of red cells, cytoplasmic red-dyed particles in myocardial cells within necrotic area; hypoxemia, hypocapnia and the change of blood coagulation parameters occurred after firearm injuries.Conclusion In a hot and humid environment, the craniocerebral firearm injuries may lead to the pathologic damage of cardiac muscle.
