胃液中二种相关胚胎抗原与癌前疾病的关系

本研究应用放射免疫分析技术，检测胃液癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）和甲胎蛋白（ＡＦＰ），研究二者和癌前疾病的关系。实践结果表明：胃十二指肠溃疡病组与慢性萎缩性胃炎组间无显著差异，胃与十二指肠溃疡组和慢性浅表性胃炎也无显著差异，而慢性萎缩性胃炎和慢性浅表胃炎有显著差异，表明溃疡病与萎缩性胃炎既和胃良性病有一定联系，又有一定差异，具有癌变的可能，只是接近癌肿的程度不同，胃十二指肠溃疡更接近于胃良性病，萎缩性胃炎更接近于胃癌。本文支持胃溃疡及萎缩性胃炎为癌前疾病的意见。

Relationship between two correlative embryonal antigens and precancerous diseases

Levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP ) in gas-tric juice in l l l patients with benign and malignant gastric diseases were detected by using ra-dioimmunoassay techique. The results indicated that CEA and AFP levels in the gastric cancergroup were obviously higher than that in patients with gastric or duodenal ulcer, superficial gas-tritis and chronic atrophic gastritis.No significant difference was found in CEA and AFP levels between gastric or duodenal ul-cer and chronic atrophic gastritis. as well no significant difference was shown in gastric juice lev-els of CEA and AFP between the gastric or duodenal ulcer group and the superficial gastritis con-trol groups, but there was significant difference between the chronic atrophic gastritis and super-ficial gastritis groups.These results show that the chronic atrophic castritis and gastric ulcer are precancerous dis-eases.
