摘    要:目的了解惠州市某区旅店业卫生现状,为今后做好旅店卫生管理工作提供科学依据。方法按照《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》GB/T18204-2000进行经常性卫生监测,依照《公共场所卫生标准—旅店业卫生标准》GB9663-1996进行评价,并采用卡方检验进行统计分析。结果 2009-2011年共监测惠州市某区旅店业997户次,总合格率为70.61%,各年的合格率分别为62.73%、70.87%、78.14%,呈逐年上升趋势(P0.05)。2009-2011年室内空气质量总合格率分别为93.36%、94.78%、95.63%,3年合格率差异有统计学意义(P0.05),其中主要不合格项目为细菌总数、温度、相对湿度、照度、噪声等。床单的合格率最高,为92.78%,拖鞋的合格率最低,为83.85%,3年中抽检的6类公共用品用具合格率呈逐年升高趋势(P0.05),分别为86.02%、90.26%、91.86%。结论惠州市某区旅店业的卫生状况得到逐年改善,但部分环节的卫生质量仍然有待提高。应加强旅店业的卫生监督管理和日常监测工作以及社会监管力度,并尽快完善其卫生消毒配套设施。

The hygiene investigation of hotels in a region of HuiZhou in 2009-2011

Abstract:Objective To understand the hygienic status of hotels in one district of Huizhou city and provide scientific basis for hygienic management to hotels. Methods Sampling and test were based on GB/T 17220-1998 "Health Monitoring Technical Specifications for Public Places", and analysis and evaluation were based on GB/T 18204-2003 " Hygienic Standard Testing methods for Public Places". Chi-square test was used for statistical analysis. Results Totally 997 Households times were tested in one district of Huizhou city from 2009 to 2011, the overall qualified rate was 70.61%, and the qualified rate of each year was 62.73%, 70.87% and 78.14%, which showed a growth trend (P〈0.05). The qualified rate of Indoor air quality was 93.36%, 94.78%, 95.63%, which showed a statistically significant difference. The mainly unqualified items of Indoor air quality were the germ amounts, environmental temperature, relative humidity, luminance, noise etc. Qualified rate of all kinds of public supplies by sampling from 2009 to 2011 were 82.0%, 86.7% and 89.5%, which increases year by year (P〈0.05). Conclusion Hygienic status of hotels in one district of Huizhou city was improved year by year. However, some aspects of the hygienic quality still needs to be improved. Hygienic supervision, routine monitoring and social supervision of the hotel industry should be strengthened, and the disinfection facilities should be consummated as soon as possible.
