网织红细胞参数在多发性骨髓瘤化疗中的临床应用

目的探讨网织红细胞参数变化在多发性骨髓瘤化疗过程中的临床应用。方法应用全自动血液分析仪分别对确诊的多发性骨髓瘤患者在化疗前和化疗开始后每5天进行一次外周血白细胞、血小板、网织红细胞、网织红细胞比率（RET％）和未成熟网织红细胞比率（IRF）检测，观察各指标的变化规律。结果化疗开始后白细胞和血小板在第15天下降到最低点，化疗后20d指标回升。网织红细胞比率在化疗后的第15天回升，未成熟网织红细胞比率在第10天开始回升。结论网织红细胞参数的变化在反映骨髓造血功能恢复上比白细胞和血小板早，因此网织红参数可作为多发性骨髓瘤化疗过程中反映骨髓造血功能的良好指标。

Clinical application of reticulocyte parameters in chemotherapy of multiple myeloma

Objective To investigate the clinical application of reticulocyte parameters in the chemotherapy of multiple mye-loma. Methods The WBC, PLT, reticuloeyte （RET） , ratio of reticulocyte（ RET% ） and immature reticulocyte fraction （IRF） of patients with multiple myeloma were detected before chemotherapy and every five days after chemotherapy based on automatic hematology analyzer. Results On the 15th day after chemotherapy, WBC and PLT counts were the lowest. On the 20th day, WBC and PLT counts began to increase. RET% began to increase on the 15th day and IRF began to increase on the 10th day af- ter chemotherapy, respectively. Conclusion The changes of reticulocyte parameters can more early reflect the recovery of bone marrow haematopoietic function than WBC and PLT count. So reticulocyte parameters are good indicators for evaluating hemato-poietic recovery of the bone marrow in patients with multiple myeloma after chemotherapy.
